Terms and Conditions

1. Subject of the contract

By completing an order on life-reset.co, you enter into a distance contract with Callfix SRL for the supply of digital content. You receive personal, unlimited access to the purchased guide and any associated materials hosted on life-reset.co.

2. Prices and payment

All displayed prices include VAT in accordance with applicable EU VAT rules (VAT OSS scheme for cross-border digital services). Payment is processed by Stripe. Access to the purchased content is granted immediately after payment confirmation, by email.

3. Usage rights

Access is strictly personal and may not be transferred, shared, or resold. The content is the intellectual property of Callfix SRL. Any unauthorised copying, distribution, or redistribution is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

4. Right of withdrawal — express waiver

Pursuant to Article 6:230p sub g of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

By completing the order and ticking the consent box at checkout, you confirm that:

  • (a) you have been informed of these conditions;
  • (b) you expressly request immediate supply of the digital content;
  • (c) you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has been granted.

No refunds are issued once access has been delivered.

5. Technical issues and access

If you experience technical issues accessing the content, write to contact@life-reset.co and we will resolve them within a maximum of 24 hours. Technical issues are not a basis for refund but for restored access.

6. Disputes

Any dispute will be resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Dutch consumers may additionally consult the Dutch consumer authority (ACM) via https://www.consuwijzer.nl.

7. Modifications

Callfix SRL reserves the right to update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on life-reset.co at the time of order.
