1. What data we collect

We collect your email address only, used to deliver access to the purchased content and to send administrative communications related to your purchase. Payment data (card details) is processed exclusively by Stripe; we never store it.

2. Legal basis (Art. 6 GDPR)

We process your data based on:

  • Performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to deliver the purchased content
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for post-purchase administrative communications
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for analytical and marketing cookies (see Cookie Policy)

3. Retention period

Your data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 5 years thereafter, in accordance with Romanian and EU accounting and tax obligations applicable to the operator.

4. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. To exercise these rights, write to contact@life-reset.co.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Dutch residents may complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP) at https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. You may alternatively contact the lead supervisory authority of the operator, the Romanian ANSPDCP at www.dataprotection.ro.

5. Data transfers

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except for the technical providers strictly necessary to deliver the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and our hosting provider. We have processing agreements in place with these providers in compliance with GDPR. Data is stored on servers within the European Union.
